Once a Quote is accepted, it creates an associated Order. Orders represent confirmed transactions through the FieldEye platform.
Orders can be found in the left-hand toolbar within the ‘Orders’ page. The Orders section shows the name of the Asset and create date, the Order Type (whether the Order is Inbound or Outbound), the 2nd Party involved, and the Status.
View Order Details
You can view an Order's details by clicking on a specific Order row. Here you'll see the user who submitted and accepted the Order, Order Details, Cost Summary, Estimated Order Cost, and Billing information.
Cancel an Order
To cancel an Order, select 'Cancel Order' in the upper-right corner of the Order Details page.
A message can be sent to the provider to notify why the order is being cancelled. Click 'Cancel Order?' to confirm. The order status will change to Cancelled.
Complete an Order
To complete an Order, select 'Pickup Asset' in the upper-right corner of the Order Details page. This will change the order status to Pending Fulfilled.
Notification will be sent to the provider letting them know the asset is ready to be picked up. Once it has been collected, click 'Mark as Collected' in the upper-right corner of the Order Details page. This will change the order status to Fulfilled.
