To ensure your account is setup correctly and you don't miss a thing, manage your

settings under 'My Account'.

Account Info

Contact info will be shared during the Quote process to provide a way to contact outside of the FieldEye platform if further information is needed.

To edit account information:

  1. Select the 'Account' icon

  2. Click 'My Account' in the left hand toolbar

  3. Edit account information as needed

  4. Click 'Save'

If contact information is not wished to be shared, check 'Hide Contact Info' under Privacy Settings.


There are two types of notifications - quote notifications and order notifications. Both are email notifications that inform users of new quote or order activity, without having to login to their account.

To turn notifications on:

1. Select the ‘Account’ icon

2. Click ‘My Account’ in the left hand toolbar

3. Click ‘Notifications’.

4. Toggle email notifications for both quotes and orders on/off

Important Note: Notifications can only be turned on by each individual user, not for an account as a whole.
